Job Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development activities in Vietnam. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding sales within the territory, fostering strong relationships with both new and existing distributors, and identifying market opportunities to enhance our product reach in compressed air applications. Additionally, the candidate will focus on identifying projects for end customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Develop relationships with distribution & key accounts in the air compressor industry. These accounts are defined as companies that distribute, design, build & service air compressors & accounts that sell and service exclusively compressed air treatment solutions.• Assess partner competencies to identify strengths and areas of improvement, develop action plans, and appoint new partners in underperforming areas to meet business goals.• Participate in the planning and execution of trade show strategies, marketing programs, personnel training and sales presentations.• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calls and market research. Build industry contacts and drive sales through Channel Partners. Keep track of progress using Salesforce.• Offer product training and technical help to customers, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and fixing product issues to maintain high quality.• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure seamless implementation, new product commercialization, and effective account growth.• Visit key accounts and prospects to promote sales. Present to customers and attend trade shows and conferences to make contacts, spot trends, and generate leads.• Identify and recommend opportunities for sales growth in the region. Suggest changes in how we represent our products and segment the market to achieve financial goals.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution or equivalent experience• 5+ years’ experience in an industrial sales and service environment required.• Understanding of compressed air treatment and air compressor market, competitors and applications.• Knowledge of multi-channel distribution functions and end user selling experience preferred• Proficient with various sales concepts, practices and procedures.
