• Supervise sales representatives and work with sales team when closing sales.
• Meet all sales target and team KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or particular section of it, as directed
• Maintain the accurate records of sales leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities. Receive and report on all sales leads. Control expenses to meet agreed budget.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules to deliver target.
• Finding potential customer and increase the winning rate of the opportunity.
• Track weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance and sales metrics
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with sales representatives
• Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet target and build relationship with KOL.
• Supervisory ability to drive a sales team
• Contribute to training and development of the team: recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacist, or related to Medicine industry
• 2 years of experience in the position of Supervisor/Manager in Pharmaceuticals or any medical company
• Experienced in sales management of OTC/ETC channels. Experienced in sales to doctors, clinics, and general clinics is a plus.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Experienced on tracking and recording calls information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
• Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, troubleshooting.
• Fluently communicate in English
