You are responsible for delivery of the following services: Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of SFMC, engaging in consultative discussions with client partners to understand their goals and challenges, propose solutions, and gather both functional and technical requirements from client representatives. Leverage expertise in marketing and CRM applications to guide the design and implementation of SFMC solutions. Develop user guides for SFMC functionalities and assist in troubleshooting data and system errors. Configure SFMC settings to support system integration, SAP package implementation, and other platform connections. Manage tasks, track progress, and oversee team workload, providing reports to customers on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis or issue report as needed.
