Our mission is to contribute to the growth and happiness of our employees and global community by creating customer value through the ONLY ONE digital experience.  Job Description:Requirement Analysis​: Collaborate with the Leader and Business Analyst to understand user stories and technical requirementsProvide feedback on feasibility, effort estimation, and implementation strategySolution Implementation: Develop technical solutions based on approved designs and requirementsWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets functionality and performance standardsPerform unit testing to ensure code correctnessCollaborate with QA for integration, UAT, and bug fixesDeployment & Support: Prepare deployment-ready code and configurationSupport staging and production deployments of the data processing flows for marketing campaignsAssist in post-deployment verification and monitoringMonitoring and technical defect resolution: Perform daily monitoring to assess system status and detect any errorsIdentify, troubleshoot, and document technical defectsSupport in verifying journey settings, system configurations, data integrity, and system integration issuesDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including Code comments​, Development Plan, System & Function specifications (Automation, DE)​, Setup guides, and Handover notesReporting: Daily/ Weekly report to the Leader and support with Issue report (if any)System optimization and enhancement: Refactor and optimize existing code for better performance and scalabilityKeep updating on new Salesforce features, functionalities, and provide recommendations for process improvements
