Salesforce Technical

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transfer them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to optimize business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Maintain documentation for technical solutions, system configurations, Unit Test and best practices. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in Salesforce development Requirements[Required] Salesforce Technical (3+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce) Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com. Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.com Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies. Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls. Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.) Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations. Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Manufacturing company experience Domestic and international implementation experience. Manufacturing company experience is a plus.
