We are looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Project Manager to join LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. As a PM, you will be responsible for managing software development projects for global clients (mainly Korean and international enterprises). A solid technical foundation in mobile or web development is required to effectively lead the development team and communicate with stakeholders.Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional development team including developers, testers, and business analysts.
Work closely with clients and LG CNS Korea HQ to gather requirements, define scope, and align expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure high quality of deliverables by managing code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Prepare and maintain all project documentation (project plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements[Required]
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software development and 3+ years in project management roles.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
Android (Kotlin/Java)
Java (Spring Framework, J2EE)
.NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
[Nice to have]
Experience working with Korean clients or in Korean companies.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications is a plus.
Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
