Support users in resolving issues arising from operations on the ERP system (SAP RISE).Research and propose modifications and improvements to streamline operational processes and enhance the performance of the ERP application (SAP RISE).Assist users in understanding the functionalities of the ERP system (SAP RISE).Perform tasks arising on the ERP system (SAP RISE) as per approved requests from business units.Participate (in coordination with vendors and partners) in implementing patches and handling annual or ad-hoc version upgrades.Support (in coordination with vendors and partners) in deploying the ERP system (SAP RISE) for GSM’s foreign markets.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues on the ERP system (SAP RISE) as requested by users.Execute daily operational tasks on the ERP system (SAP RISE)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM.At least 2 years of experience in operating SAP ERP applications (FICO/SD/MM) with large databases/user volumes.Knowledge of SQL; proficiency in ABAP programming for ERP-SAP is an advantage.Understanding of system integration.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems (or equivalent), Finance, or Accounting.
