WHAT YOU WOULD DO?
We are seeking 01 Scrum Master working in Hanoi.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Contribute to backlog management, prioritization within the team
Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Professional Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, A-CSM, PSM II), Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Safe, Nexus, etc, is a plus.
