Security Engineer (Offense) - Relocate to Dubai (UAE)

Required Experience and Skills: Demonstrated expertise in advanced offensive security techniques, including evasion tactics and bypassing modern defensive mechanisms.Proven ability to analyze vulnerabilities and create reliable, innovative exploits that mimic real-world adversarial scenarios.Strong capability to dissect complex systems, identify potential vulnerabilities, and craft tailored attack vectors.Experience in developing custom tools and frameworks to support penetration testing, malware creation, and exploit development.Proficient in analyzing compiled binaries and obfuscated code using tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, and debugger environments to extract vulnerabilities and threat intelligence.Exceptional understanding of low-level system internals, including kernel-level operations, process management, and memory allocation, particularly in Windows or Unix/Linux environments. Familiarity with common defensive technologies (eg: EDR, Antivirus, IDS, IPS, etc) and how to evade them. Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack methods to continuously refine offensive capabilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present reports effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.(Optional): Relevant certifications such as OSCE, OSCP, or CREST CRT are a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development in offensive security.Soft Skills:Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and remote work settings.Effective team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform under pressure with a positive attitude and a focus on team success.Demonstrates high levels of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
