Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience as an IT Security and 2 years of experience in similar role.Work-related skills: Security Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with organizational objectives and risk tolerance. Cybersecurity Expertise: Profound knowledge of security protocols, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001). Azure Security Tools and Features: Proficient understanding of Azure-specific security tools such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Firewall, Azure Identity Protection, and Azure Policy. Cloud Architecture and Security: Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, including the configuration of virtual networks, segmentation, and the implementation of secure cloud environments Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing technologies and threat landscapes, and flexibility in approach to solve security challenges. Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in engaging with and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management, IT staff, external vendors, and regulatory bodies. Soft skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating security and risk implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
