Security Officer (Nhân viên an ninh/bảo vệ)

• Maintain quality control for all Security operations. Perform your tasks quickly, efficiently and quietly.

• Be fully aware of the Security procedures. Familiar with your roles in all emergency procedures.

• Be ready to assist in all emergencies and conducts regular fire drills to ensure all drills are carried out accordingly

• Familiar with handling all Crisis Management (Fire, Drowning, bomb threat, Injury, Earthquake, Storm)

• Understands guest/staff needs. Treat all guests and staff alike, regardless locals or foreigners.

• Monitors all traffic in the perimeters of the Resort.

• Be responsible for Car park Management.

• Escort guest to another area of the Residences rather than pointing out the direction.

• Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.

• Respect all safety measures. Handle all equipment with care.

• Maintain safe working habits, report any broken or damage equipment to your Superior

• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hotel.

• Take pride in your work and your company, do not make negative comments.

• Adheres to the provision outlined in employees hand book disciplinary code and rules and regulations.

• Be punctual for work, briefings and training. Attend scheduled training.

• Always obey the instructions of Security Manager

• Maintain teamwork.

• Be properly groomed at all times; maintain pleasant appearance with tidy hair, high standards of hygiene

• Uniform to be clean and Smart. Ensure eye contact is used at all times and maintain good posture.

• Carried out all other duties assigned by Superior
