Seller Acquisition Head

This is the on-site role opening in GoBuy, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The Seller Acquisition Head is very important to us, who will be managing the entire team from forming a team, leading the team from scratch.Goal Setting: Setting clear and measurable goals for the team, aligning them with the overall KPI of Solaso; Be responsible for the entire acquisition teamTask Delegation: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.Team Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and fostering a learning culture within the team.Design, monitor, analyze, and act on the acquisition process using KPIs metrics. Define and develop a KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectivenessCoordinate closely with Seller Management team and Campaign team to grow the business.Design initiatives and lead the team to execute those in order to grow your team strategically.Provide regular reports on team performance and recommend improvements.
