1. Accounting (Insurance & Investment Accounting)• Participate in the Fund split project and develop the fund split process/manual/documents/workflow in accordance with the Ministry of Finance regulations.• Ensure high level of accuracy and completeness for insurance data to be transferred from Core System to Accounting Software and work with related stakeholders (IT/OP…) to fix detected errors.• BRD testing, study specifications to define chart of accounts for new products in OnePas.• Monthly reconcile the assigned groups of B/S & P/L account balance.• Follow Finance Manual on B/S reconciliation process for review, approve and documentation required.• Maintain Accounting hierarchy (Chart of Account, Cost center, other accounting dimensions...)• Supervise Investment Accounting and follow up with Investment Department• Supervise Life insurance related accounting transactions (Reserves, Premium, Commission, Claim & Benefit…)• Support Internal and External Audit• Liaise with Local Reporting team to prepare data/documentation as requested for periodic and ad-hoc visit of both internal and external parties.2. Reporting & Developing System/Progress• Prepare MOF, IAV, State Bank, Statistic Department and other regulator reports as required.• Prepare Fund Split report.• Prepare Regional Reports including Tax report.• Prepare & reconcile transactions in premium, expense reinsurance transactions, reserve transactions, funds.• Participate in projects such as Accounting System maintenance and enhancement, and IFRS implementation as planned and assigned.• Proactively evaluate and develop strategies and develop workflows to automate tasks within the departments.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accountant and (co) line-manager(s)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:(Include education, skills, competencies and years of experience)- Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting/Finance or Business.- Understanding of international (IFRS) and local accounting principles.- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting within life insurance companies or related fields.- Member of ACCA or CFA, CPA is plus.- Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, basic VBA macro…)- Good foundation in information technology and can effectively leverage automation tool to improve financial and accounting efficiency.- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment - Fluent in English for professional settings, such as meetings with the Regional Team.
