Senior Back End Engineer (NodeJS,NestJS,Python,SQL,AI)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in backend development and a passion for building robust, scalable web applications. The Senior Backend Engineer will play a crucial role in evolving and scaling our recruiting software solutions. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Web Developers, Product Development, and Product Design teams to ensure our backend architecture supports the rapid deployment of new features. Job DescriptionUpon joining the team, your responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using Node.js, Golang, and Python. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain APIs to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications. Lead the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, ensuring optimal performance. Implement security and data protection measures, managing the storage and handling of sensitive user data. Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
