We are seeking a highly motivated and talented young business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on researching, making mockups, and having an excellent sense of trending UI/UX in the world. As a young and dynamic individual, you will be able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, while also demonstrating a quick and intuitive business mindset.
Job Description
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements
- Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
- Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third-party supplier, …);
- Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype..
- Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
- Work closely with development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date…);
- Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
- Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
- Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.

Key requirements for this position include:
- Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
- Mockup creation: You should have experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients' needs and preferences. You should also be able to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Good sense of UI/UX: You should have a good sense of UI/UX principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
- Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly. You should also be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Young and smart: You should be a young and energetic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a sharp and analytical mind, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in English/Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
- At least 2 years of experience in product development as a Business Analyst or Product owner.
- Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
- Having basic understanding in database - MySQL
- Experience with Software Project workflow (Waterfall, Agile);

- Have the ability to study and capture new business domains quickly."
- Ability of working independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime.
