5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or logistics).Solid knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.Experience with data analysis (min. 6 months hands-on).UI/UX awareness (usefulness, usability; accessibility is a plus).Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Growth mindset, ownership, and commitment.
