Senior Camunda Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven expertise in Camunda workflow development and process automation, particularly with Camunda 8 (Cloud and Self-Managed). Expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN for business process modeling. Hands-on experience with Zeebe workflow engine and the configuration/deployment of workflows. Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration with external systems. Experience in integrating with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with security best practices and governance policies in the context of BPM implementations. Strong problem-solving and optimization skills, with a focus on improving process efficiency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to document technical designs, configurations, and process models clearly and comprehensively. English proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve working with international teams and documentation in English. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
