Handle salary calculations, benefits administration, social insurance, and personal income tax for both local and international employees. Implement and support HR projects to enhance overall HR processes and employee satisfactionJOB DETAILS1. Salary, Bonus, and Benefits Management:Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, and allowances for local and international employees.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies.2. Social Insurance Management:Register and update social insurance for employees.Prepare and submit social insurance reports and handle related claims and benefits.3. Personal Income TaxCalculate monthly and annual personal income tax (PIT) deductions and finalize PIT reports.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and address related employee inquiries.4. Employment Contract and Data Management:Draft, review, and manage employment contracts for new hires, existing employees, and contract renewals.Maintain accurate records of employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related data.Use HR management software to update and manage records related to compensation, benefits, social insurance, and tax.5. HR Project ImplementationLead HR projects aimed at improving compensation, benefits, and overall HR processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and systems.Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and make recommendations for enhancements.
