Senior Database Administrator (SQL/Oracle)

ABOUT THE JOB:We are seeking experienced Database Administrators who is responsible for the ongoing management and delivery governance of one or more end-to-end Database Services, incorporating Strategy, Design, Run, Provisioning & Automation, Transition & Change, Support, Delivery Performance & Quality, Capacity & Continuity, Issue & Risk Management.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the DB service(s) across the organization o Identifies and addresses risks with the operation of the serviceContributes to the identification of issues / incidents / events that impact agreed service KPIs, SLA’s, Service Health o Provides end-to-end (E2E) technical support and direction across service management processes including: incident, problem, change, configuration, monitor and alertingEnsure appropriate capacity, risk and security monitoring, compliance remediation, disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place across the portfolio, any issues are to be identified and rectified appropriatelyCollaborate with other infrastructure squads & stakeholders, project services & service management to ensure high quality and successful transition of all service(s) changesEnsure adequate communication, knowledge sharing and issue resolution across delivery and support teamsAnother important part of the role is to perform On-Call support, where you will be remunerated accordingly and be part of a team of 9Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
