Senior Die and Mold Design Engineer

Degree/ Qualification ● University graduate majoring in engineering & Foreign expertExperience ● Over 5 years of experience and currently working in the field of designing big-sized stamping dies for car chassis and frame parts or large-size plastic injection mold design for vehicle● Have directly designed large-sized stamping dies for machines over 800T, the type of stamping dies with a castting die base structure or have directly designed large plastic injection mold sizes for vehicel's parts such as front bumpers, rear bumpers of automobiles● Ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of product for stamping dies/ plastic products and prepare FCR, DFM reports● Ability to analyze and divide the process sequence in a stamping die/mold set reasonably● Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (NX, Autocad...).● Proficient in CAE software to analyze and simulate stamping dies/plastic flow (Autoform, Dynaform,...)● Understand the capabilities of CNC, Wirecut, and Measuare machining machines to serve the designPersonal characteristic/Work attitude ● Have a high sense of responsibility and comply with the organization's regulations.● Always demonstrate bravery, urgency and determination in work● Work with high responsibility, be proactive, do not avoid or rely on.● Work urgently with a highly responsive spirit, quickly and completely resolve problems that arise in production● Always show the spirit of fighting against negativity in the company.Soft skills ● Good communication skill● Good teamwork and independent skills● Have logical thinking and problem solving skills● Able to use communication English and specialized English to serve workKnowledge ● Have an overview of the mold industry serving the production of vehicle parts
