Reporting Line: to CFOResponsible for building capabilities and deliver strategic planning role.• Looking-forward Planning & Analysiso Participate in company strategic planning of the companyo Coordinate with related functions to build and update company budget / latest forecastso Frequently update actual vs. plan, understand root causes of variances, highlight and recommend corrective actionso Responsible for financial modeling, incorporate major assumptions, run various scenarios to assist business strategic and/ or operational decision making• Assist CFO to prepare for BOD meetings, provide answers & required information to address BOD’s queries• Carry out ad hoc investment analysis• Control budget spending (either Capex or Opex)• Working capital analysis and optimization• Join Finance leadership team, drive step changes in automation, capabilities building (both partnering and controlling).• Any Other Assignments or tasks given by CFO

1. Competencies• Strong analytical skills and attention to details• Ability to structure and build consistent data, provide insightful analysis for better business decisions• Good people leadership and interpersonal skill• English proficiency in both writing and speaking• Ability to effectively make decisions with limited time and information• Achieve results through influence, persuasion, collaboration and relationship building2. Experience & other requirements• Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area• Big 4 audit background preferable• Working experience in Retail is preferable• Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferableBenefit- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement- Participate in the Employee Stock Option Program- Work in a dynamic, open, creative environment- Regular training, company team building, birthday bonus
