Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset. As a Full-stack Developer at Endava, you are responsible for implementing and delivering high-quality software products using Agile Scrum methodology. As a part of a global project, you can contribute your technical expertise and experience in order to the project succeed. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with passionate team members and contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with clients and global teams in an agile environment to understand product goals and key features.
Support both development and validation to ensure the product delivers real value and functions as expected.
Implement requirements using modern front-end technologies and stay up to date with industry trends.
Tackle complex technical challenges and actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies and team success.
Participate in code reviews and continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Mandatory skills
5+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong React, .Net C#, and Entity Framework.
Experience with Unit/integration testing.
Follow design patterns (SOLID, DI, Atomic) and quality standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Learns and retains domain knowledge to drive project success.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Desired skills
Familiar with Redux, TanStack Query, Styled Components.
Knowledge of .NET Core Minimal APIs, Microsoft SQL Server.
Familiarity with Python is a plus.
Agile processes knowledge and experience.
Able to coach and support teammates.
