Senior Fullstack .NET Developer (ReactJS, C#, English)

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City (District 1) | Company HQ: Melbourne, AustraliaEmployment Type: Full-timeYour RoleYou will join as a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer with the opportunity to grow into a Technical Lead role. Initially, your main responsibility is hands-on coding, building high-quality features, and contributing to the architecture of TOM software products. Over time, as you demonstrate leadership and technical ownership, you will be mentored and supported to step into a lead position where other developers will work around you.This role is ideal for someone who is strong technically, eager to take on more responsibility, and ready to grow into a leadership track while still being hands-on.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Delivery (Primary)Design, build, and maintain features for:TOM ERP – our core system for business operations.TOM Platform – SaaS solution for ordering, invoicing, and delivery tracking.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in .NET (C#) and ReactJS (TypeScript).Collaborate with BA/PO and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.Support integrations with ERPs and third-party systems.Technical Growth to LeadershipGradually take ownership of technical design decisions and system architecture.Learn to guide and mentor junior developers.Contribute to discussions on scalability, performance, and best practices.Get involved in CI/CD, Azure DevOps pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.Support & CollaborationWork closely with the Australian product and customer success teams to understand requirements and priorities.Help troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with QA and BA/PO.Support production issue investigations when escalated.
