JOB OBJECTIVESCollect, analyze, and model business requirements to ensure IT solutions/processes meet business objectives and operate efficiently.Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Business Users, Developers, QA) to ensure product quality and successful implementation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Requirements Collection & AnalysisWork with business departments to clarify requirements.Analyze feasibility, define project scope, and identify associated risks.Requirement Modeling & DocumentationDevelop URD, SRS, Use Cases, and User Stories documents.Describe detailed business requirements and solutions for discussion with stakeholders.Propose SolutionsDesign optimal solutions and processes aligned with business objectives.Ensure compatibility with system architecture (Microservices, APIs, LOS, CRM, Core…).Coordinate ImplementationWork with Dev, QA, UI/UX, and Project Manager during development.Support progress tracking, testing, and functional acceptance.Manage Risks & IssuesIdentify issues arising during implementation.Propose solutions and risk mitigation measures.Report promptly to management and stakeholders.Report Progress: Regularly update work status, documentation, and approval requests to PMO/PM and relevant parties.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance – Banking, Economics, or related fields.Minimum 2–3 years of BA experience in fintech/ lending solutions, CRM, LOS/Core Banking/ securities or similar business systems. In-depth understanding of financial and banking processes: lending, credit approval, CRM, product management.Goot at English.Proficient in analytical and modeling techniques: Use Cases, BPMN/Flowchart, User Stories, SRS/BRD/URD.Strong teamwork skills, multi-departmental collaboration (business & tech), logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
