Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.POSITIONWe are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer (all genders) to join our global development teams to innovate and improve the business travel experience. You will play a key role in developing comprehensive software solutions for the HRS ecosystem. This includes hyper-personalized accommodation bookings, flexible workspace reservations and on-the-go payments as part of a product ecosystem that puts the customer first. The role requires expertise in Java backend development with a focus on creating robust, scalable solutions that support a dynamic, personalized travel experience and contribute to the company's vision of becoming the mobile travel companion for business travellers.CHALLENGETogether with your team you take the customer view first and raise the bar in delivering business travel solutions: Develop and execute resilient and scalable services tailored to enhance the operational efficiency and customer experience for millions of users Collaborate across teams on high-level engineering concepts and practices Work with product owners and other development team members to identify new features and user stories required for new/revised applications or large/complex development projects. Promote high quality aimed at areas such as security, reliability, testability, and maintainability Drive innovation by contributing new ideas for our processes, tools, and technologies
