Create design specifications independently. Create systems design with instruction from the Project Leader. Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others. Mentor/coach lower developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit tests, tests, and deployment. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies. Willing to take business trips or work overseas. Other assignments from the Manager. Your skills & qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant major Software Development in Java knowledge is a MUST.
