You’ll work on high-impact projects that optimize core operations—from pickup to delivery—while driving technical excellence, system reliability, and innovation across teams. Responsibilities Design & Develop Logistics Solutions: Build and enhance scalable backend systems that power core logistics operations, including first-mile pickup, last-mile delivery, warehousing, sorting, and freight transportation. API Development: Design and implement robust, secure, and well-documented open APIs to support seamless integration with internal systems and external partners, enabling a more connected logistics ecosystem. Performance & Reliability: Continuously monitor and improve system performance. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to system refactoring efforts to enhance reliability, maintainability, and scalability. Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to engineering best practices. Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation to maintain high standards across the codebase. Agile Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
