Senior/Lead Product Designer

Ahamove is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead and elevate the end-to-end UI/UX experience across our instant delivery ecosystem. You will transform complex logistics and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, and mobile-first product experiences for drivers, users, and internal operations teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead UI/UX design for Ahamove’s core products (Driver, User, and internal operational tools).Apply user-centered design to translate logistics and operational needs into clear, usable product experiences.Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on insights and product data.Collaborate closely with internal teams: Product, Application, Platform, Operations, Marketing, and SMEs.Own and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.Communicate design decisions clearly through reviews, documentation, and presentations.Mentor designers and promote a strong design culture focused on quality and user impact.
