Job description1. To review transactions, projects and daily operations to find out legal risks that might impact on the company, both now and in the future and to propose counter measures to mitigate legal risks. Depending on the work scope, the counsel shall conduct the review independently or in cooperation with internal team or consultants;2. To monitor and supervise the follow-up of the review, risk mitigation;3. To support dispute resolution team by doing legal research, reviewing dossier, providing legal opinion, representing the Company in court action and etc.4. To e responsible for legal update and alert.5. To provide legal advice at request.6. To build and update policies based on new legal requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree from Law school or equivalent.
