Senior Manager, Business Marketing

Job Purpose The job holder manage and take full responsibility for the activities of Marketing - Customer Segmentation - BB Division, including:1. Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management2. Design marketing content for program/campaign3. Marketing campaign managementKey Accountabilities 1. Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management• Develop and embed overall BB marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...• Manage execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update• Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight• Drive preparation and implementation of BB NPS survey• Design, build, embed and manage BB customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships• Develop KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfillment2.
