As part of our mission to redefine health in Vietnam, we are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manual Tester (QC Mobile Apps, IOS/Android) to join our dynamic team. About the RoleAs a Senior Manual Tester (QC Mobile Apps, IOS/Android), you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and user experience of BeWao's mobile applications. You'll work closely with our development and product teams to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain the highest standards of app performance across different devices and platforms. What You'll DoTest BeWao's mobile applications thoroughly across iOS and Android platformsDesign and execute comprehensive test cases for new features and existing functionalityPerform manual testing including functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testingIdentify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate toolsCollaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issuesValidate user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are metTest app performance across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versionsConduct exploratory testing to discover potential edge cases and user experience issuesParticipate in release testing and ensure quality gates are met before app deployment

You should be:Experienced: 5+ years of experience in mobile app testing or quality assuranceDetail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTech-Savvy: Familiar with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and understanding of mobile app development lifecycleCommunicative: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and EnglishSystematic: Ability to create and follow structured test plans and documentationUser-Focused: Understanding of user experience principles and mobile app usability standardsAdaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing requirementsPreferred SkillsAutomation Testing Experience: Knowledge of mobile automation testing frameworks such as:Detox for React Native applicationsPlaywright for end-to-end testingAppium, XCUITest or EspressoExperience with performance testing and mobile app optimizationBasic understanding of programming concepts (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)Knowledge of health and wellness applications or healthcare domain
