KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Planning Integrated & Campaign Execution • Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across online and offline channels.• Translate business, growth, events, and partnership objectives into clear communication strategies, key messages, and content frameworks.• Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice, especially for Gen Z audiences.2. Content Strategy & Creative Direction• Plan and write marketing content: social media posts, blogs, landing pages, emails, PR and event communications.• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and agencies to create strong visual storytelling.• Review and refine creative outputs to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency3. Owned Media & User Engagement• Own and lead Upzi’s owned media channels: social media platforms, blogs, email, and in-app communication.• Build and execute user engagement strategies to grow followers, active audiences, and community interaction.• Actively monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and messages to strengthen brand trust and community connection.• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to turn user insights into communication and content opportunities.4. Event & Partnership Communication Planning• Develop communication plans for brand events, university activities, workshops, and partnership programs (pre–during–post).• Coordinate co-branded messaging and content with partners (universities, brands, communities).• Measure event & partnership engagement impact (reach, engagement, app installs).5. Digital, Social & PR Communications• Manage content plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.• Work with PR partners on press releases, media pitching, and brand or partner-related events.• Monitor brand mentions, social buzz, and PR performance6. Performance Tracking & Optimization• Track and analyze campaigns, owned media, events, and partnership performance using analytics tools.• Report insights and continuously optimize content, engagement tactics, and channelperformance7. Project & Stakeholder Management• Own timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.• Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
