Senior Marketing Executive responsible for marketing activities in the F&B and Hospitality sector, with a role in implementing campaigns/ marketing activities to enhance the credibility/brand recognition of the brand, thereby optimizing the business efficiency of the brands.
Responsibilities
Propose ideas and implement marketing activities:
- Provide comprehensive communication solutions across channels to promote the brand, promotional programs, and Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) of Kyo Watami restaurant or other F&B brands within the group.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify development opportunities.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance brand image and positioning in the market.
- Ensure consistency in building a cohesive brand across platforms.
- Direct the brand image and collaborate with designers to create operational and advertising materials (social media posts, flyers, menus, posters, videos, vouchers, etc.).
Digital & Social Media:
- Collaborate with digital marketing to implement advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
- Manage, plan content, and execute detailed posts on the brand's social media channels.
Promotions: Regularly research and update market information to stay abreast of trends, understand customer preferences, and assess the competitive landscape to propose suitable promotional program ideas.
Partnerships & collaborations: Seek collaboration opportunities through suppliers, local businesses, trade associations, and consumer associations for business activities in the F&B/Hospitality sector.
Customer engagements:
- Research and develop customer loyalty programs and policies to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to propose optimal solutions for enhancing the experience and improving customer satisfaction when visiting the restaurant.
Budget Management: Optimize the allocated budget, ensuring optimal ROI to increase revenue efficiency for the restaurant.

- 2 - 3 year or more experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates with experience in the service industry
- In-depth knowledge of the F&B and Hospitality industry, including current marketing trends, customer preferences, and market competition.
- Proficient in brand management principles, encompassing the development and maintenance of brand identity.
- Experience in identifying and establishing collaborative relationships with organizations, agencies, and brands to maximize business effectiveness.
- Creative ability to devise unique promotional programs and advertising campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, customer feedback, and marketing metrics for adjusting advertising objectives.
- Effective communication skills to convey advertising messages efficiently.
- Good command in English & advanced MS Office, MS Apps skills
