Provide reports and insights to executives and managers. Lead business improvement and transformation projects. Proactively identify business needs and standardize processes in response to changes. Utilize data analysis and reporting skills (advanced expertise is not required, as a dedicated data reporting team is available). Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical teams by clearly articulating business needs. Produce, maintain, and ensure transparency of relevant documentation. Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to stakeholders and executives. Apply business analysis methodologies to ensure alignment and maximize value for customers. Engage with clients to discuss project status, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood by the development team. Assess existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhance business productivity. Support testing scenarios, test data, and defect verification throughout the project lifecycle. Represent the project team in workshops, presentations, and meetings, ensuring decisions are communicated effectively to the engineering team. Follow management direction to support the company’s overall business objectives.
