Senior/Principal Hybrid QA QC (Manual, Automation Test)

Technical SkillsMust Have:5+ years of experience in software testing for web and/or mobile applicationsSolid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practicesAbility to design detailed test plans, and comprehensive test cases derived from requirements and technical specifications.Rich experience in executing manual or automated API tests using relevant tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, custom scripts).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits into the release processAbility to read and analyze logs, API responses, and basic frontend/backend code for debuggingGood English communication and documentation skillsNice to Have:Experience testing data platforms, data pipelines, or systems with an API-first architecture.Experience in programming or scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python, Shell)Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and product managersExperience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).Exposure to performance, security, or accessibility testingFamiliarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS)ISTQB or equivalent software testing certificationExperience in leading a team is a big plus.
