MUST HAVE6+ years of professional software developmentStrong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, and backend service developmentFrontend experience with Angular (TypeScript) is a strong plus; good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptSolid knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core, SQL Server, and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Redis, or Cosmos DB)Proven experience designing and building systems based on Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture, with a good grasp of DDD, SOLID principles, and design patternsHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsExperience with unit testing, integration testing, TDD, and E2E testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright)Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with US-based teamsStrong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to mentor others and drive technical decisionsNICE TO HAVEExperience in Fintech or Lending domains, legacy systems (WCF/WPF), additional frontend frameworks (React/Vue), feature flagging, load testing, security tools, and exposure to modern AI/agentic architecture patterns.
