MUST HAVE3+ years (for Mid/Senior) / 8+ years (for Principal) of professional software development experience with C# and .NET technologies. Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7+, Web API, and Microservices / Event-Driven architecture. Solid experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core, and performance-optimized data access. Hands-on experience with Angular (or any JS frameworks) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices. Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Experience with unit testing & integration testing, and familiarity with TDD. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ownership and accountability. Fluent English communication, able to work directly with US-based teams. NICE TO HAVEExperience with messaging systems, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native practices (containers, IaC), Terraform.Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and E2E testing tools.Exposure to legacy systems and authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).Experience with advanced DevOps practices, feature flags, deployments, and system observability.Background in Fintech domain, security/code quality tools, or AI-assisted development.
