Senior Product Designer (AI/UX, Enterprise SaaS)

Required Experience ● 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex digital products ● Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work that has reached millions of users ● Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered products or features ● Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping techniques ● Track record of designing B2B SaaS applications and consumer-facing products ● Deep understanding of how humans interact with AI systems and how to design for these interactions ● Experience with user research, testing methodologies, and data-informed design decisions ● Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) Essential Qualities ● Creative problem-solver who can make complex technologies accessible through intuitive design ● Strategic thinker who considers both short-term usability and long-term product vision ● Self-starter mentality with strong ownership of the design process from concept to implementation ● Excellence in time management and ability to meet ambitious deadlines ● Clear communication skills, especially around design decisions and trade-offs ● Collaborative mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity ● Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that drive product adoption and engagement ● Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment Interview Process 1.
