Senior QC Engineer (Automation focus)

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3+ years in a Automation Test Engineer role. Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.Extensive hands-on experience with industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks such as: Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Appium (for mobile). API Automation: Postman, Rest AssuredStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD).Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and toolsProficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative, globally distributed team.Nice to Have:Familiarity with LambdaTest for cross-browser and cross-device testing at scaleKnowledge of performance or load testing toolsExperience in a large-scale e-commerce platform or high-volume consumer-facing application is a big plusISTQB or other relevant QA certifications
