- Having experience in event, excecuting and negotiation skills
- In charge of responsibilities relating to planning the sales area at the river park.
- In charge of responsibilities relating to planning the sales area at the river park.
- Search for relevant suppliers to serve utility work.
- Synthesize quotes, compare and recommend suitable suppliers to optimize costs.
- Prepare documents to introduce the company, products offered for sale such as booths, sponsorship, fences,....
- The main contact point for receiving information from partners interested in renting a booth, creating a care plan, and closing the contract in accordance with the proper procedures.
- Reach out sponsors to propose sponsorship packages based on the actual situation of each project.
- Store and create customer database sources for convenient care or display in reports whenever necessary
- Support other tasks during the preparation - implementation - completion of the event.
- Connection point between customers, authorities, partners and internally at HG - SKL - Hapi throughout the working process.
- Other scopes assigned by line manager.
