The Securitas Vietnam team is part of the AMEA division (Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific) and operates as a joint venture with Long Hai Security, one of the most reputable security companies in Vietnam. Long Hai Securitas employs approximately 2,500 people and operates in all major cities nationwide.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented B2B Sales Specialist/ Sales Manager to expand our client portfolio by delivering customized security solutions. This role will be a key contributor to the commercial growth and success of Long Hai Securitas.
II. Job description
Understanding the Market:
-
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Stay updated on local regulations and Securitas global standards.

Identify target segments and key accounts (“must-win” clients).

Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market benchmarks.

Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and proactive engagement.

Understand customers’ business needs and propose suitable security solutions.

Develop case studies and success stories to showcase service effectiveness.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in coordination with relevant departments.
Sales Process:

Manage and update all opportunities in Pipedrive on a weekly basis.

Develop compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.

Design customized solutions and prepare cost proposals.

Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
Planning + Reporting:

Contribute to annual business planning and sales forecasting.

Take ownership of assigned sales targets and revenue growth.

Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

For Sales Manager level: At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role is preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Good command of written and spoken English (equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or above).

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
-
Experience in commercial real estate, industrial services, security, logistics, or manufacturing support services is an advantage.

Ability to adapt quickly to change; proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and business units.

Highly responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Solid understanding of supplier–customer relationship management principles and practices.
