- Together with Customer Service team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...).- Windows person, roller visit Korean customers to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.- Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers’ satisfaction.- Report directly to SMT Service Manager and higher level.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Together with Customer Service team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...).- Windows person, roller visit Korean customers to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.- Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers’ satisfaction.- Report directly to SMT Service Manager and higher level.- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.- Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment.- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills.- Able to work independently and work under high pressure.- Service mind characteristic.- Effective communication / reporting / training skill is must.- Korean language skill is a must- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
