Senior Sewing Process Engineer

Position Objective• Achieve all Industrial Engineering, Machine specific and Autoliv Vietnam (VNQN) generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment and Site KPI) for IE• Developing new launch production lines and continuous improvement for serial production lines.Position Scope• New Project Launch readiness on time delivery to customer target• Serial production and continuous improvement.• Follow and promote all ALV policies and proceduresTasks / Responsibilities• Provide production data such as LMPU, cycle time, investment cost (support new project quote)• Planning and ensuring new launches are on time and within budget.• New launch PJT / New line set up / New jig and fixture implementation and trial build• Machine commissioning & comply with ALV standards (Safety, Quality, Manufacturing)• Process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, work instruction, line capacity study for new business, work balance sheet…)• Perform line FMEA (PFMEA Go, See & Fix) on time and close issued on time• Maintain and implement methods, systems (such as Trace system) as necessary.• Ensure Machine and line utilization improvement for more efficiency• Ensure Plant capacity and line capacity meet the customer target.• Responsible for achieving policy deployment targets.
