You’ll drive complex, high-impact projects from concept to delivery, using Agile methodologies and AI-powered solutions to bring innovation to life.If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters—where you can influence global platforms, collaborate with top-tier talent, and grow in a culture of innovation—this is your moment.Your main roles & responsibilities:• Lead the Migration of a New Core Workflow Platform o Oversee the migration of 250+ applications, ensuring timelines are met and aligned with business priorities o Integrate new application requests and change requirements into the migration roadmap with precision and agility. o Apply AI-driven planning and automation to streamline delivery and enhance decision-making.• Ensure High-Quality, On-Time Delivery o Implement a robust quality management framework to ensure all deliverables meet Bosch’s global standards. o Apply technical risk management strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues. o Maintain a clear focus on timeline management, balancing migration efforts with new development needs.• Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration o Facilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings across global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency. o Resolve conflicts constructively and foster a harmonious team spirit to drive on-time delivery.• Coach teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.• 10+ years of experience in Agile project management or product delivery roles.• Strong experience in project management o Migration Planning & Execution: Experience managing large-scale migrations with complex dependencies. o Application Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle new and changing requirements alongside migration efforts. o AI & Automation Integration: Familiarity with applying AI tools to optimize planning, tracking, and reporting. o Risk & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage technical risks and deliver on schedule. o Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools.• Expert in Agile Team Coaching (ATC) o Facilitation & Moderation: Expert in leading cross-functional collaboration across global teams. o Team Harmony & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in maintaining team morale and resolving challenges swiftly. o Agile Mindset: Strong coaching ability to embed Agile principles and foster continuous learning.• Proficient in English• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus
