The Senior Manager will lead and oversee the Software Engineering, Quality Control, and DevOps teams, ensuring highquality, scalable, and efficient delivery of technological products and platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, leadership capability, and close cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Business Units, to understand their needs and design solutions that drive growth and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess an AI mindset, actively seeking opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies within the SDLC and business applications.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering, QC, and DevOps teams to deliver best-in-class software products and services.
Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs): Understand BU pain points, strategic goals, and operational needs to identify opportunities and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Design and Architect Scalable Solutions: Lead the design of applications and platforms that support business growth, scalability, and efficiency, aligning technical architecture with business strategy.
Champion AI Integration: Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI/ML technologies to improve the SDLC (e.g., AI-assisted coding, automated testing, predictive monitoring) and develop AI-powered features or applications.
Define and enforce technical architecture, development standards, and QA processes.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring code quality, system reliability, and performance.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure as code practices.
Ensure effective coordination between product, engineering, QC, infrastructure, and business teams.
Monitor and improve software delivery KPIs such as cycle time, deployment frequency, system uptime, and bug rates.
Manage team structure, capacity planning, hiring, and performance reviews.
Stay up-to-date with technological trends, particularly in AI/ML and cloud-native architectures, proposing improvements to enhance productivity, security, and scalability

1. Education background requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in engineering leadership roles
Proven experience managing cross-functional tech teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps).
Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders: Proven ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design impactful solutions.
Strong AI Mindset: Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications. Experience or demonstrable interest in leveraging AI tools and techniques within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong technical skills in backend/frontend development, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
