• To manage team's operation (managing tasks)
- Manage daily Production operation by shift
- Coordinate and allocate resources in organising team operational activities
- Monitor and ensure all related regulations, standards, workflow are implemented and complied with
• To manage team's members (managing people)
- Assist TL in development of performance indicator, implement, monitor and evaluate team members' performance
• To follow quality assurance standards and quality control plan to ensure the output's quality
• To handle customer requests/ complaints and propose solutions
• To communicate and report on work process and/ or production work related matters

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualifications:
• Education: Relevant university degree, preferable in architecture, graphics, , English or computer software.
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in management or leadership position in a production / manufacturing platform. Experience in working with European clients, Illustrator / Photoshop software is a clear advantage.
• Languages: Good English for communication in both written and oral form. Fluent in Vietnamese
2. Competencies:
• Good computer skills: excel, word, powerpoint, email, internet
• Good communication skills
• Good management and leadership skills in order to lead and work with team members
