I- JOB SUMMARY
Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to assigned/market segments. Successful execution of these strategies work effectively and harmoniously to achieve department financial targets and ensure the sales force productivity level stays high as well as building department and company culture.
II. JOB DESCRTION
• Overseeing the activities of the assigned sales force.
• Own and hit/exceed sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Design, develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Coordinate sales forecasting, budgeting, planning, and process optimization with Direct Managers and Revenue Manager.
• Monitor and endeavor to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and process consistency in the sales force initiatives.
• Direct and support consistent implementation of the business’s initiatives in all sales strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure that the sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion and develops the business sales targets and values, hence, creating a working culture for the sales force.
• Take initiative in building peer support and strong internal business relationships with key management personnel with a view of enhancing sales efforts.
• Play a mentorship role to sales staffs, assisting in the performance of staff’s duties, constantly ensuring improvement in their professional skills, and preparing for the assumption of absence or retirement.
• Develop and implement high quality in processes and strategies of assigned market.
• Coordinate sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to be applied by the team
• Coordinate strategic planning activities Direct Manager, key partners, and relevant cross-functional departments in order to align efforts, avoid conflict of interests, and guarantee the success of sales efforts.
• Conduct sales, consumer, competitive, and performance analyses.
• Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of sales reports as well as other intelligence essentials within the sales department.
• Compile, refine, and recommend revisions in need prior to presentation to the Direct Manager and key partners for sales strategy formulation and decision-making.
• Seek out opportunities that further the sales initiatives and assist the sales force in the management and understanding of bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and impediments in processes in order to enable constant sales process and strategy improvement.
• Constantly gather information and keep sales teams up to date on the latest industry best practices, enabling the business to keep up with competition in the market or even solidify itself as an industry leader.
• Be effectively and proactively discipline employees when they fail in their duties.
• Foster close and cooperative relationships with fellow internal leaders, sales management, support personnel etc. to enhance sales initiatives in order to optimize the effectiveness of the business’s sales efforts at all fronts.
• Work with Direct Manager and other Leaders in the department in formulating and deciding sales team budgetary allocations for optimal functioning and performance as well as other administrative duties.
• Maintain close, trusting relationships and facilitate open communication between departments and employees.
• Identify and acquire the best talent possible within the team.
• Lead and motivate staff to improve sales service with clients.

IV- SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• University Degree/ Upgrade or Master in S&M will be an advantage
• Minimum 02 years in ADOS or the similar position in large hotels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both VN and ENG, a second language will be an advantage.
