- Plan the A-Z of the layout and set up of an event.
- Flexibility and building banquet promotions.
- In charge of selling banquets, negotiating contracts, and dealing with suppliers and clients for bookings.
- Assign roles and duties to the staff and ensure that the event goes as per the plan.
- Oversee décor, layouts, placements, and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue.
- Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests.
- Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet manager.
- Collaborate together with the chef to create menus that are appropriate for.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the Board Of Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum two or four years of work experience as a banquet manager or supervisor.
- Extensive familiarity with the banquet's food and beverages.
- Certificate or diploma in catering, hospitality or a similar discipline.
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and its common practices.
