Receive requests from departments and users, and propose solutions.
Regularly monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
Develop and oversee IT policies, security measures, and best practices for the company.
Update technology and professional knowledge as required.

Graduated from university majoring in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Professional knowledge of IT practices, policies, and regulations.
Experience in building and maintaining IT systems (policy, process, tools, and techniques).
At least 5 years of experience in deploying and programming software projects; preference given to candidates with ERP, MS, SAP knowledge or team/project management experience.
Ability to plan, analyze, design, assign, and supervise employee tasks.
Thorough understanding of software development processes.
Knowledge of databases (SQL Server).
Deep programming expertise: .NET, OOP, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Webservices, Microservice.
Strong knowledge of RESTful service/Web API.
High stress tolerance, dynamism, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
Skills:
Communication, consulting, and customer persuasion skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills.
Team management and leadership abilities.
AI proficiency is preferred
