Key Activities
- Validate and map Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs
- Writing documentation
- Undertake solution design throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with the internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a productive relationship
- Producing high-quality, properly functioning deliverables on time and on budget
- Providing technical guidance to team members
- Operate and lead-from-the-front in a consultative fashion to drive technical discussions and decisions and help implement technology solutions to production environments.
- Ensure rigid oversight and own the technical solution (design, scope and deliverables)
- Continuously work closely with the development teams, clients, and partners to achieve project success.

Required Skills
- 10+ years experience working as a Solution Architect in the banking or FinTech sectors.
- Strong exposure to Risk management, Audit, HR, Finance domains in banking is advantageous.
- Experience in a consultative technical Architect role
- Ability to gain credibility and build relationships with all levels in an organization, from technical experts to senior executives.
- Experience in architectural aspects, components for applications related to Web technologies, Mobile technologies, Integration technologies and Full stack development. Ensuring a good quality solution, implemented as per the architecture defined framework to the architecture governance.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Track record of thought leadership or T-Shaped skills around diverse technologies like Core banking, Payments, Risk management, Cloud, Security, Database, Data analytics.
- Ability to work as part of agile software and technology delivery teams.
- Experience in managing and working with multiple development teams.
- Experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in Architecture frameworks such as Togaf
- Excellent written and verbal use of English
